HEMECO Nigeria Limited is a contracting outfit specializing in Mechanical, Electrical and associated installations to buildings and other construction activities. We are involed in MEP Installations to commercial, residential and Industrial structures with over 26 years of experience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Mechanical / HVAC Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Responsible for the design, supervision and management of Mechanical Installations in a building project

Roles/ Responsibilities

• Design Mechanical Installations to buildings (Piping & HVAC systems)
• Prepares Installation drawings, As-built drawings and other necessary documentations
• Prepares quantities & Material Schedules
• Coordinate material approvals with consultants / client
• Supervises Installations
• Conducts QA/QC checks
• Attend project meetings
• Manages construction with other project team member

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must possess a First Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Cognate experience in designing and supervision of Mechanical Installation works with specialty in HVAC and knowledge of piping systems
• Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and other design software including the use of Microsoft Suite
• Possession of professional qualification is an added advantage.

Salary
Remuneration is as per industry standard.
