We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Trainee

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Working hours: Shift- Mornings / afternoons / Weekends

Job Brief

• As a Graduate Trainee, you have the advantage of working with different teams within the company. This puts you in a position to understand how individual teams operate, and helps you better align your interests.

What you'll do

• Participate in trainings and work in the resolution and sales department
• Escalate in a timely manner any issues of concern.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with customers.
• Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

What you’ll need

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills and commitment to exceptional delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High self-initiative.

Remunerations
N80,000 / Month.
