Job Position: Quality Assurance Personnel
Reports to: Managing Director
Business Purpose/Objective

• Monitor quality standards for all manufactured products, test or inspect a sample for defects during a batch or production run. Ensures that the company is able to adhere to all regulations and standards both local, and international. This enables the company to meet its obligation to its customers.

Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Operations

• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet productions standards
• Inspect, test, or measure raw materials, and products being produced
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specification
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
• Maintains a professional departmental, company
• Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
• Write and submit security reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• People, Training, and Development
• Hiring and training junior colleagues
• Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining team members.
• Determining training needs
• Systems and Procedures
• Report inspection and test data
• Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Assessing required regulation and ensuring that these are met
• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
