Job Description

• To work closely Head of Department and Team lead in achieving the set target for the business.
• Come up with creative and uniquely innovative marketing initiatives and strategies to increase sales and profitability level of real estate business
• Achieve and exceed periodic sales targets/benchmarks of the Business.
• Contribute massively to the overall growth of the bottom line (and vision) of the Real Estate Business.
• Explore different legitimate channels (including 'Digital Marketing') to project the Real estate corporate brands of the Company.
• Produce engaging content (both online and offline) that can convert target customers to Sales.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and provide timely and effective housing solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Liaise with the Team Lead to ensure consistency of performance.
• To do all other things lawfully incidental to the achievement of the overall corporate goal.

Requirements

• Min of OND with at least 1 year exp in Real Est sales.

Salary
N70,000 / month plus Commission.
