Job Position: Real Estate Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To oversee real estate transactions including building, managing, properties for investment and ministry purposes.

Job Description

• Manage property acquisitions, developments, and sales.
• Liaise with developers, contractors, and legal consultants.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and best resale strategies.
• Handle property documentation, permits, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Membership of a recognized real estate professional body (e.g., NIESV, REDAN) is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Integrity and transparency in handling transactions.
• Practical knowledge of building and construction processes.
• Recommend real estate investment opportunities to leadership.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Good financial and market analysis skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
