We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Real Estate Marketer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Marketer will be primarily responsible for marketing real estate properties whilst overseeing the process of finalizing sales.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends.
• Study and develop a good knowledge of properties and details of properties.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients whilst converting new leads into buyers.
• Walk clients through each step of the sales process; prices, market conditions.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Collate, review and send monthly and weekly reports on marketing activities.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.SC.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Must be resident within Ajah axis.
• Applicants must be residents within the Ajah axis.
