Job Position: Recovery Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time role as a Recovery Officer. This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some hybrid work.
• The Recovery Officer will work closely with clients to resolve outstanding debts, provide support and assistance, and maintain accurate records of recovery activities.

• Debt Recovery and Analytical Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge fo skiptracing
• Knowledge of effective strategies for debt recovery of written-off loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience working in a Fintech, loan recovery role
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
