We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruiter
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates.
• Conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers tdefine job requirements and create JD.
• Conduct verifications & background checks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems.
