Position: Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Nigeria

A prestigious Personal Care, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Company is looking to hire Regional Sales Managers (Filipinos and Indonesians preferably), who would drive sales and marketing strategies focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Meeting company’s sales and marketing targets
• Development of new value added products.
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the product stays competitive in the market
• Identifying areas of improvement in the business marketing strategies
• Development and maintenance of business relationship for the sales and marketing department and for the business as a whole.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.

Requirements

• BSc degree in any relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 10 years sales and marketing experience.
• 3-5 years working experience in Nigeria.
• Must have FMCG experience with a multinational beverage, personal care or pharmaceutical company.
• Must be grounded in sales and marketing with a background in supply chain and accounting.
• Must be result oriented and target driven.
• Must have branding knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
