Job Position: Resourcing Officer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Review recruitment process and suggest the best option for company needs
• Research and choose job advertising options which work best for the organisation
• Work in partnership with the management to research and design a consistent recruitment strategy
• Filter and evaluate CVs and applications
• Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Source and select candidates
• Network and advertise to potential candidates
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising)
• Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is important to succeed in this job role

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc / HND in Human Resource or any related field is needed with 1- 3 years experience as a resourcing officer.
