Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality Limited (SITH) was established in 2019 as the hospitality division of the Skyline Group in Nigeria. SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality is the fastest growing F&B company in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities
Staff and operations management:

• Organize staff shifts and manage payroll.
• Handle employee conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals to staff.

Customer relations:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Take reservations and greet customers.
• Organize special events like weddings or birthdays.

Financial and inventory management:

• Manage budgets, track expenses, and control operational costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders with suppliers.
• Analyze sales reports and create financial reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce waste.

Compliance and quality control:

• Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and service delivery.
• Work with chefs to plan menus and set pricing.
• Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness is up to standard.

Marketing and development:

• Implement and develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
• Assess the restaurant's performance and suggest ways to improve its operations and image.
• Update restaurant protocols and processes to stay competitive.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
