Job Position: Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary

• Our client is hiring an Associate to support in-store sales, online sales, and assist with content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting outfits.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and styling suggestions.
• Drive sales and ensure every customer has a great shopping experience.
• Assist with basic content creation: pictures, videos, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Maintain store cleanliness, arrangement, and inventory presentation.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills & confidence in interacting with customers.
• Good understanding of fashion trends and styling.
• Social media-friendly (comfortable creating simple content).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
