Primero Transport Service Limited is a leading provider of transport services based in Lagos, Nigeria, a major partner with Lagos state Bus Rapid Transport system.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Route Inspector

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Monitor Terminal/Shelter Performance against set targets.
• Ensure Scheduling and other activities are compliant with legislation and regulations (including busmen’s hours, speed limits etc.).
• Analyze and Trend Operational Performance in terms of bus availability and reliability.
• Ensure accurate data to analyze bus and route performance are captured at the work location.
• Liaise with route superintendent in analyzing factors affecting Service Performance on routes, to respond to changing market conditions.
• Participate in the production and presentation of information on the organization Operations and Performance.
• Be Customer friendly and pay attention to passengers’ such as wait & ride time, personal safety, comfort, crowding, ride quality, driver behavior, cleanliness and state of repair.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of OND.
• 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Must reside in Lagos.
