Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Summary

• The job holder will plan, direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company.
• Our ideal client is young and trendy with passion for sale and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Meet monthly/annual sales targets through open and closed markets (supermarkets) and other outlets within assigned territory.
• Create product awareness, tele sales and cold calling
• Ensure products visibility and availability in assigned territories to expand business.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Education and Experience

• B.S in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2- 4 years Sales experience is required
• Must reside in Lagos/PH or its environs.
• Must have a good road network within the territory.
• Should have experience in strategic decision making, team building, and negotiations
