Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase our sales by developing business plans that covers sales, expenses control and increase our profitability
• Coordinating the sales and marketing lead generation.
• Study trends and authorize required promotions.
• Recognize future and present requirements by customers, deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and establish good rapport with potential customers
• Develop sales team through motivation counseling and product knowledge training.
• Oversee activities and performance of sales by tracking sales goals.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Very good Educational background, preferably HND / B.Sc in the fields of Business Administration/Marketing
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven working experience as a Sales Manager
• Working experience in an engineering construction company is a plus
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in marketing research, lead generation and products development.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Leadership skill (Team lead abilities).
