Sales Officer

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Sales Officer who can help us expand our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling lifestock produce. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
• Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and maintain sales inventory
• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years’ sales experience in a similar industry
• Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•  Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
