Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Full Time
Job Brief
- We are looking for a secretary that will help to keep an organisation running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior
Job Requirements
- At a minimum, a Secretary should have O' Level result, have a High School Diploma and Certificate in Secretarial Science or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparative knowledge skills and abilities have been achieved.
