Job Position: Senior Accountant

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

About the Role

• We are hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day finance operations, liquidity management, treasury processes, and financial reporting for Passpoint.
• The role supports the CEO and leadership team with financial insights, modelling, and governance as we scale our payment infrastructure across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly financial reports (revenue, margins, liquidity, volumes).
• Manage liquidity across multiple banks, wallets, currencies, and corridors.
• Lead treasury operations: internal transfers, settlements, vendor payments.
• Build and maintain financial controls, workflows, and treasury processes.
• Support budgeting, financial modelling, fundraising, and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with Reconciliation, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and regulatory financial compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• 6+ years in finance, treasury, or fintech/payments operations.
• Strong analytical ability and experience in multi-bank/multi-currency finance.
• Proficiency in Excel/financial modelling.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage.

Salary
N600,000 - 700,000 / Month.
