Job Summary


  • We need a Senior Design Operations Manager who can drive structure, speed, and quality across our commercial fit-out projects.
  • This is not just a strategy role. You’ll be hands-on: managing standards, streamlining workflows, coaching designers, and ensuring deliverables are right the first time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and QA all design outputs (drawings, BOQs, presentations)
  • Eliminate internal errors through process discipline and design governance
  • Define and implement SOPs for client feedback, internal reviews, and handoffs
  • Bridge the gap between design, project management, QS, and vendors
  • Mentor lead designers and guide outsourced design partners
  • Standardize design systems using modular blocks and reusable templates
  • Reduce turnaround time from concept to IFC to project kickoff.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial interior design delivery
  • Proven track record managing fast-paced design teams and fit-out projects
  • Deep understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & drawing review protocols
  • Strong project coordination and technical execution skills
  • Process-driven, quality-obsessed, commercially minded.

Nice to Have:

  • MSc Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Experience managing hybrid (in-house and outsourced) teams
  • Led at least 10+ commercial projects from design through build.
