Job Position: Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support (IVD Lab equipment) to local agents;
  • Service management and improvement (training ,spare parts, trouble shoot)to local agents;
  • Execute headquarter's service requirement and establish local suitable service strategy;
  • Customer satisfaction guarantee and improvement, dynamic competition investigation;
  • Organize adding-value service to local market, increase service image & deputy;
  • Achieve service revenue target and service contract sign.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in Engineering (Bioengineering / Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
  • More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, IVD LAB product (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology and so on) and Quality Control experience are preferred;
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate internal employees and outside partners;
  • Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
  • Accept frequently international business trips.
