We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Site Manager

Job Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Site Engineer is a generic title for someone who is responsible for all aspects of the development of the project on site. He could be an architect, engineer (civil or structural), or a builder.
• The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate building construction projects on the site.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating building construction projects on the site.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinating and managing site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
• Monitoring and providing a weekly report on the project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
• Ensuring site safety and implementing site-specific safety plan.
• Managing site logistics, including materials, equipment, and waste management.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective project delivery.
• Other duties assigned by the management.

Minimum Requirements

• Architect must possess HND, B.Sc. or M.Sc Degree.
• The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a contractor’s Site Engineer, during which he must have managed by himself at least 2 projects each of minimum 3,000m2 gross building floor area - Crucial.
• Engineer must possess HND, or B.Sc Degree.
• Builder must possess HND, or B.Sc Degree.
• He must have managed by himself a project of at least 7 floors each from foundation to handover.
• He must have a total understanding of all the technical details of each building trade in the building construction process - Crucial.
• He should be very honest, and transparent.
• He must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a good command of spoken and written English.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
