Job Position: Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on site)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across multiple platforms, while also designing visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content to drive brand awareness and user engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging
• Respond to followers and build community engagement in a timely and professional manner
• Design visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and daily posts
• Monitor trends, insights, and performance analytics to optimize content strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and design trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role within a creative or media-related industry
• Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO and paid social strategies is an advantage
• Proximity to location is an added advantage. 

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience managing professional social media pages
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools, and social media metrics

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
