We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Social Media Manager will manage all social media pages, create engaging content, plan marketing campaigns, and build brand awareness.
• You will work closely with the management team to create and execute strategies that align with our brand tone and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content (photos, videos, captions, and stories) across all social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor trends, comments, and messages to engage with followers.
• Collaborate with the team to organize product shoots and video content ideas.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing business or brand social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content creation strategies.
• Good photography and video-editing skills (mobile or professional).
• Strong writing and storytelling ability for captions and campaigns.
• Creative mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
• Must reside within Gbagada, Yaba, or nearby areas in Lagos.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 per month.
