Job Position: Social Media Specialist 

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You will Do

• Develop social media content calendar across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity. 
• Craft clear, engaging content tailored to diverse social platforms and audiences.
• Support marketing activities including promotions, events, and exhibitions.
• Spearhead innovative social media campaigns that foster customer connection, maximize engagement, and promote brand advocacy.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends to enhance our digital presence.
• Oversee SEO, CRM, and performance KPIs across all media types.
• Other duties as required. 

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms 
• Proficiency with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Analytics) and multi-social posting platforms (HubSpot, Buffer). 
• Strong content creation, SEO, analytics and digital marketing skills. 
• Excellent communication skills.
