Job Position: Student Recruitment Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are hiring energetic and result-driven Student Recruitment Officers to join our Lagos team.
• The ideal candidates will excel at engaging prospective students, promoting study opportunities, and driving enrollment growth through effective outreach and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and provide accurate information on available study programs
• Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into enrolled students
• Assist students with application processes and required documentation
• Promote the institution through online and offline channels
• Represent the company at fairs, school visits, and promotional events
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on recruitment activities and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in student recruitment, sales, or advisory roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with international study pathways is an added advantage.
