Job Description

• Manages the Purchase Order full cycle by dealing with contracts renewal, assuring the initial execution and fulfilment of purchase orders, facilitating the inspection process, ensuring product delivery and responding to customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deals with contracts renewal controlling and supervising the offering process, assuring delivery terms, providing support to Sales staff and supervising the development of the product.
• Verifies documentation and invoicing delivery terms.
• Responds to customers needs and expectations
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.  
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. 
• Assures the initial execution of purchase orders checking Order Entry is in line with customer specifications.
• Assures purchase order fulfilment consolidating project information, tracking delays and reporting them to SC Business Unit Manager and Customer Project Manager.
• Facilitates the inspection process coordinating the Pre-inspection meeting with the client.
• Guarantees product delivery supervising shipment planning, execution and completion (TS & TP material).
