We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: System Administrator

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Perform complete systems administration tasks, including system setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain networking infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain IP cameras for surveillance purposes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing network/server software and hardware devices and platforms.
  • Possess a solid grasp and knowledge of complex network, security, mobile, desktop, server, telephony, backup, application, and database technologies.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 platform, including user management, license allocation, and security configurations.
  • Oversee Sharepoint administration, ensuring effective collaboration and document management.
  • Implement and manage cloud computing services to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems administration.
  • Proven expertise in complete systems administration, hardware troubleshooting, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, Sharepoint administration, cloud computing, and IP cameras.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of network, security, mobile, desktop, server, telephony, backup, application, and database technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
