Job Position: Team Lead Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Coordinate Digital Marketing Strategy Development through team brainstorming sessions
• Perform oversight on all creative designing and approve designs
• Interpret Client Briefs and Develop Proposals
• Build, lead and manage all Rushing Tap's inbound marketing campaigns
• Manage, guide and train the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
• Contribute to the Agency's business development through online and offline prospecting and attending briefings and other client meetings
• Oversee all Social Media accounts
• Set up, manage, and execute ongoing Digital Marketing strategy for clients
• Create and manage marketing campaign budget.
• Approve all Content and Creative Assets Designed by team members
• Hold team meetings to track progress
• Create and Manage Team KPIs through members' activity reports
• Manage all Email Marketing Campaigns
• Monitor Analytics and Performance on all Accounts
• Prepare Periodic Reports on all client accounts
• Manage and improve content strategy
• Monitor market trends and recommend new ideas for implementation
• Regularly monitor individual team member's productivity metrics
• Assist with hiring and workforce planning
• Manage CRM Software (Hubspot), to track Client and Prospect Deals
• Continuously analyze departmental productivity and identify opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, Service Pricing, Client Portfolios and target audience.
• Engage and monitor contracted Freelancer's on activities and deliverables
• Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
