Role Overview

• We are seeking a smart, confident, and persuasive NYSC member to join our team as a Telesales Executive.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• This role is ideal for a corper looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or spreadsheets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC member (Corper)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in speaking on the phone
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently (Hybrid structure)
• Proximity to the location is an advantage.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
