Ijewere & Co., a leading indigenous firms of chartered Tax Advisers/chartered Accountants in Nigeria hereby calls for applications from suitably and professionally qualified candidates for the below vacant position:

Job Position: Trainee Accountant - Tax and Audit

Ref: IJ/TA
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting with minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit Grade.
• Age: not more than 23 years.

Additional Attributes Required:

• M.Sc., MBA or Professional Qualification will be added advantage
• Strong quantitative, research and data analytical skills and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to develop window and web based application using any .NET language preferably Visual Basic and MS SQL
• Good knowledge of HTMLS, CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap framework
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Application.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible amongst others for:

• Provision of tax, accounting, audit and assurance service delivery to clients.
