About the Role

• We are looking for a Treasury and FX Operations Specialist to oversee liquidity, manage FX transactions, and handle end-to-end settlement processes across multiple currencies. 
• The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and possesses strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity across multiple currencies and platforms, ensuring sufficient funding for operations and customer settlements.
• Execute and monitor FX trades, ensuring competitive rates and timely settlement.
• Coordinate end-to-end settlement processes for both fiat and crypto transactions.
• Monitor treasury risks, including FX exposure, counterparty risk, and liquidity risk.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts with financial institutions, PSPs, and blockchain platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve treasury workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for management oversight.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in treasury management.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting related to treasury and FX operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in cash and FX management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in treasury, FX, or financial operations roles preferably in fintech, banking, or cross-border payments.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, digital assets, payment systems, and treasury tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation skills and proficiency with Google Suite.
