We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Unit Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
• Providing leadership, coaching, counselling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate / marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Problem-solving and decision making.

Remuneration
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
