Job Position: Warehouse Manager

Job Location: Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and streamline operations for our e-commerce and business fulfillment channels.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse management experience along with knowledge of e-commerce logistics.
• This role is hands-on, ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth order fulfillment, and operational excellence across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
• Manage order fulfillment processes for e-commerce and Amazon sales channels.
• Ensure warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity at all time.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and e-commerce teams to optimize workflows.
• Implement systems and processes to improve warehouse performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management (required).
• Previous experience with e-commerce logistics and/or and fulfillment (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
