Job Position: Supply Operations Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

The Journey


  • Supply Growth and Optimization: Own supply growth and performance across assigned cities. Ensure the right number of couriers are active, productive, and earning sustainably to support demand growth.
  • Supply Planning and Forecasting: Work with HQ ops and growth teams to forecast supply needs based on demand plans, seasonality and special events. Proactively identify gaps and define actions to close them.
  • Courier Performance and Earnings: Analyze courier behavior and performance then design and support initiatives that improve productivity and earnings quality.
  • Operational Bottleneck Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks impacting supply performance then drive root cause analysis and execution of fixes.
  • On the Ground Ops Support: Spend time in cities working closely with different  teams and riders to validate data insights, test interventions, and adapt solutions to local realities.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Commercial, Product, and Support teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with demand, incentives, and city priorities.
  • Metrics Ownership and Reporting: Own key supply metrics for your cities. Build and maintain clear reporting on supply health, risks, and progress against targets. Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Test, measure, and scale operational improvements. Document learnings and help standardize best practices across cities.

What you will bring to the ride

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear operational actions, not just reports
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or business roles in fast paced environments
  • A proven track record of execution. You follow through, deliver results, and can point to real outcomes you’ve driven
  • Strong ownership mindset. You take responsibility for supply performance in your cities and push through blockers until issues are resolved
  • Ability to balance speed with attention to detail. You move fast without losing control of the fundamentals
  • Clear and concise communication, especially when working with remote and cross functional teams
  • Hands on and scrappy approach. You are comfortable getting close to the operation, riders, and local teams
  • High level of autonomy and strong prioritization skills
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude. You understand that supply performance is driven by people as much as systems
  • Willingness to spend time on the ground in cities when needed to validate insights and drive impact.
