Job Position: Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Age: 35 years and above

Job Description

• Responsible for the day to day management of peopleand inventory within the warehouse to ensure company's targets and objectives are met
• Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for housekeeping standards , cleanliness and continuous improvement within the warehouse
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt , storageand dispatch of items in the warehouse.
• Supervise and control Storage of Items to improve Organization at the warehouse, reduceStock Damage and Maximize Storage Space.
• Organize, monitor and update stock inventory at regular intervals while ensuring that physical stock is in line with recorded stock.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements
• Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant departments and personnel.
• Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure operational flexibility
• Oversee all warehouse/Logistics related expenses.
• Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control.
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy and proper tracking.
• Coach the team daily in order that a common goal is focused upon and the business objectives are met consistently
• Planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Bsc/HND in any feild
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the event/hospitality industry
• Working Hours: 9am-6pm (note that this is subject to change considering the nature of the business)
• Number of working Days: 6 days a week with one day off.

Benefits

• Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
