Job Position: Factory Production Manager
Job Location: Lagos
General Purpose

• To plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement production schedule
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed
• Determine material and human resources required
• Recommend equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Implement and enforce quality control & tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Set and manage production budgets and implement cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

• Solid computer skills

Job Position: Factory Production Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Duties/ Responsibilities

• Monitors production with the quality standard requires
• Ensures production targets are met
• Recommends the materials and tools needed for production

Requirements

Job Position: PVC Machine Operator
Job Location: Lagos
Duties/Responsibilities

• Monitors production with the quality standard requires
• Performs testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures
• Report any noticed fault or variation in the cause of operating the machine immediately
• Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisor
• Ensure that machine are producing quality product by managing periodic checks on output
• Ensure regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out
• Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature.
• Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment! Tools cleaning
