We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Post customers transaction on a daily basis
• Handling other tax matters
• Assist the account managers in planning, preparation, implementation and follow up of activities
• Review and Post Invoice
• Post receipts of payment
• Process account payable and receivables
• Contact clients about invoices that are past due
• Management of petty cash and cash transaction
• Provide support to the sales department
• Reconcile account

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
• Knowledge of Peachtree is an added advantage
• High attention to details.
