Job Position: Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and budgeting
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
• Handle tax filings, payroll, and audits
• Monitor and maintain company accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in accounting, ideally in real estate
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
