Accounting/Finance Executive

UHY Maaji - We are Partners to a Europe based Packaging Equipment manufacturing company for the Food and Beverage industry. To service our customers within Nigeria and possibly other West/Central African Countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounting/Finance Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Set up the accounting department
• Month- end closings, bank reconciliations and preparation financial statements in compliance with Gaap.
• Prepare management accounting statements, budgets, variances, and other adhoc analysis to run the business.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting (required)
• MBA/CPA/ACCA/ACA (desirable)
• Strong cost and management accounting skills acquired from experience in an FMCG environment particularly in plastics manufacturing, packaging and/or food and beverage companies.
• Strong accounting software skills particularly Quickbooks.
• Advance level excel skills required.
