We are a UK-registered creative arts and entertainment company, established with a mission to produce, manage, and distribute creative works across film, live performances, and digital media. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day office operations.
• Providing support to senior management and staff.
• Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Providing customer service and support.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to adjust to flexible working hours (9 am-5 pm, Mondays to Fridays, and some nights or weekends when required).
• Must be willing to relocate to Osogbo, Osun State, as the roles are on-site.
• Must be a Christian and have proven integrity (2 reference letters will be required before appointment).
