We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Architect

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and specifications based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed layouts, 3D models, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and construction methods.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles where applicable.
• Present design proposals and revisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Qualification
