Job Summary

• A law practice with office at Lekki requires the services of a legal Associate in Abuja
• Employment of an Associate with 3 to 5 years’ post-call experience with a sound understanding of corporate and property law and litigation.

Requirements

• Strong corporate/commercial law skills.
• Team player
• Ability to work independently and give daily updates via an APP
• Tech Savvy.
• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
• Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
• Experienced civil litigator
• Conversant with criminal litigation
• Skilled in arbitration
• Extremely detail oriented
