Position: Bakers

Location: Abuja
Requirements

• 3-5 years experience
• Applicant MUST be resident in the FCT
• Applicants not resident in the FCT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Requirements

• At least 8 years bakery managerial experience
• Applicant MUST be resident in the FCT;
• Applicants not resident in the FCT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Basic Duties

• He/she is expected to contribute to be expansion of sales and introduction of new product line.
• Advise end user bakeries on baking and baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffering possible solutions
• Manage and supervise all the activities of the baking support officers to ensure that all bakeries in their assigned areas are visited regularly
• Coordinate the periodic submission of field reports from Bakery support officers under his/her supervision
• Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
• Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty
