We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Trainee - Sales Customer Service
Job Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Support of the Sales Customer Service Department for Power Tools Business in Nigeria
• Order Entry, allocation, follow-up with internal sales team
• Support efficiency increase in process implementations, Sales Team steering, etc.
• Involvement in Sales reporting for Power Tools Department
• Support in Audit preparations and Documentation of Processes

Competencies and Qualifications

• University degree or its equivalent
• 2 to 3 years experience in a comparable organization
• High customer-orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working
• High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, dynamism, responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently prioritize tasks
• Agility and willingness to learn
