Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Oyo (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Drive company sales by locating business opportunities and developing strategies for closing business deals with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy that is focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Establish, develop, and manage a strong pipeline and attract new businesses.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in business administration, sales or relevant field
• Proven working experience as a business development representative, sales executive or a relevant role, preferably in the tech industry
• Proven sales track record
• Desire to make a significant contribution to a fast-growing IT firm
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of the Tech Market landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good at drafting business proposals
• Ability to build rapport and sell value
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set target

Remuneration

• Basic Salary and Commission.
