Casafina Capital Limited is a privately held, Africa originated and globally focused financial service and alternative asset management firm. We provide technology driven innovative financing and wealth creation solutions targeting consumer lending, SME lending, mortgage and real estate development financing.

We are recruiting suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development/Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
REF CODE: CCL/BDE- 2019

Main Tasks

• Develop new business account via direct marketing activities
• Engage in product presentation and sales pitch to potential client
• Provide innovative and flexible solution to client/potential client challenge
• Client Relationship Management
• Closely work with the Head of Marketing in developing new products, in response to market needs.
• Work with product executives in developing and implementing marketing communication Campaign including creating new business accounts.
• Represent the organization in public event as delegated.

Requirements

• A minimum of BCS/HND in Marketing or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites
• Knowledgeable in the use of digital media as a tool for marketing
• Public speaking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written in formal English).
• At least 3 years experience selling real estate (Residential) or mortgage loans.
