We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Full Time Business Development Advisor ARM is a Lagos group of companies situated in Nigeria with branches scattered across the country. Arm Life is the insurance subsidiary of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM). Its parent company, ARM is one of the largest non-bank financial services firms in Nigeria with a focus on asset management of quoted equities and fixed income securities.

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Two months experience in sales, marketing, and another related role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable Higher Institution.
• Proven working experience as a Marketer, sales executive or other related roles.

• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Marketing and negotiation skills.
• Decision-making skills. Good people Skills

• OND, HND, & BSC etc.
