Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for managing financial transactions, handling patient billing, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Process patient payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
• Provide clear and concise billing information to patients and families.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in a cash handling or billing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using billing software and handling financial transactions.
