Job Position: Commercial Representative

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Business Development Activities for construction and real estate clients from prospecting of Projects to Signing Contracts and transferring the Contracts to the Works Team.
  • Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects
  • Recognizing business opportunities
  • Putting together bids to win new business
  • Negotiating and agreeing on contracts
  • Strategically expanding, preserving, or improving company procedures, standards, or policies
  • Must have notable and credible contacts with high-profile clients.
  • The ability to get mega contracts from clients will be an added advantage.
  • Adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree qualification
  • Must have 10 years of experience with reference.
