We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Loan Representative

Job Location: Lekki / Epe Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description / Responsibilities

• To make calls to Customers and Clients on the Repayment of their Loans once due.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on each customer till their loans are repaid.
• Applicants will be given Targets to meet which will determine the Final bonus to be paid at the end of the Month, plus their Basic Salary too.
• Innovativeness, creativity, ability to think out of the box and solve problems that relate to collections on behalf of the Organisation.
• Provide Flexible means for customers to meet up with their Repayment.
• Result-oriented and ensuring Payments are actually made each day.

Requirements

• Candidates with ND, HND, B.Sc, in the relevant field can apply with 1 - 2 years of experience.
• Applicants within the Axis of Lekki, Ajah, VI, Awoyaya, Shevron, Abrahm Adesanya, etc will be Considered.
• Candidates with experience or who have done a similar job will be considered and highly favoured.

Salary
N35,000 - N60,000 / Month.
